Done For You Résumé provides résumé-writing, career-document, job-search research, and job-opportunity information services. By purchasing any service or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

All purchases are final. Because our services include customized résumé writing, personalized job-search research, revisions, and digital document delivery, refunds are not offered after purchase.
If you are unhappy with your résumé or believe that we did not deliver the services included in your selected package, contact us at hello@doneforyouresume.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and work with you to make reasonable corrections, revisions, or a redo within the scope of your purchased service.
Most packages include one revision round. The Job Launch Bundle includes two revision rounds. Revision or redo requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to the scope of the purchased package.
Done For You Résumé provides résumé-writing and career-document services. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, admission, employer responses, compensation, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and may depend on factors outside of our control, including qualifications, application activity, job-market conditions, and employer hiring processes.
Done For You Résumé provides job-search research by identifying publicly available job opportunities based on the information customers provide. We are not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, or job-placement service. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, employer responses, compensation, hiring outcomes, or the continued availability of any job listing.
Done For You Résumé does not submit applications, create employer accounts, log into employer websites, complete application questions, answer screening questions, take assessments, contact employers, or represent customers during the application process.
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing each opportunity, deciding which jobs to pursue, and completing and submitting their own applications directly to employers. Job listings and availability can change at any time. Customers should independently review and verify every opportunity before applying.
Upon full payment and delivery, the customer receives ownership of their completed résumé documents. Done For You Résumé retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying structural elements and formatting techniques for internal improvement purposes. We will never share, sell, or display a customer's personal information or résumé content publicly.
Your documents and personal information are kept confidential and are shared only with the writer assigned to your order. We do not sell customer data to third parties. You may request deletion of your files at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Done For You Résumé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service purchased.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Purchases made before a change are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
