Your full name
Your email address
Order number and package purchased
Information you provide in your intake form (education, work experience, skills, volunteer experience, school activities, coursework, certifications, projects, awards, target job type)
For Local Job Match: city, ZIP code, job preferences, availability, and related job-search preferences
Any résumé or document you upload
Payment confirmation from Stripe (we do not store your credit card information)

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We will never ask for or store:

Social Security numbers
Government identification numbers
Bank account details
Employer passwords or job-board passwords
Credit card numbers (processed securely by Stripe)

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and deliver your purchased service (résumé, cover letter, job-match list, etc.)
To communicate with you about your order
To process revisions and redo requests
To send order confirmations and delivery emails
To improve our services and website

4. How We Store Your Information

Your documents and personal information are shared only with the writer assigned to your order. Files are stored securely and are never used as public samples or sold to third parties.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your order records, intake form, communications, and delivered documents for as long as needed to provide our services and handle any revision requests. You may request deletion of your files at any time by emailing hello@doneforyouresume.com. Order records (payment receipts, terms acceptance) may be retained for legal and chargeback-prevention purposes.

7. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

Stripe (for payment processing)
As required by law or legal process
To respond to a chargeback dispute (we may share order records, delivery confirmation, and terms acceptance with Stripe or the customer's bank)

8. Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies. We do not run analytics, retargeting, or advertising trackers on this site.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the information we hold about you
Request deletion of your files
Correct inaccurate information
Opt out of any future marketing communications
